I'm not saying this is the case with Chandler nor any of the other young actors but I do wonder if some young stars start to feel that daytime isn't good enough. It's like somebody that is a manager working at McDonalds or Walmart and they feel those places too below them because they have more to offer now that they are managers. They think they can get a job at Nordstrom or some fancy restaurant because they now have so much more to offer only to find out there are even bigger fish out there that get the gig instead and soon realize maybe they took what they had for granted. I don't even blame most of them because there is no way to know if there are other opportunities until they leave Days.

The only scenes I ever really enjoyed Chandler in were the ones he shared with Deidre. All the rest... he looked awkward and uncomfortable IMO! |

I believe that is the case with most of them. Daytime television, unfortunately, is now only looked at as an entry level position in the industry (i.e. training for something bigger and better). It's the dark cloud hanging over the genre. There's no guaranteed future for work with the way that things are going. Gone are the days when soap's were the network's bread and butter. We probably won't see someone, like Alison Sweeney, come on as a young adult and then stay for twenty years ever again. That's why it pisses me off when someone like Martha Madison (someone who was committed to soaps and had talent) comes along and they throw her out like yesterday's trash. Why? It makes absolutely no sense. |

Guy Wilson is a great actor, and I'm all for the change. Chandler was phoning it in, and quite honestly, they need something to shake up that relationship and I don't think a new story will do it. The chemistry has always been off IMO. |

I don't disagree, however, I also don't think it's unusual for someone who has recently come out and is in the midst of his first same-gender relationship to behave a bit awkward. "Will" can hardly be blamed for being someone reticent or cautious, especially since the storyline was dictated that Jackson pursued the Horton lad, even going so far as having made his sole 2012 resolution to "make Will Horton fall in love with me". That's stalker-ish, especially when Jackson had plenty of other conquests in his pre-Salem days. It's not surprising that Will would be on a bit of a gay learning curve. We will never know how much of that was Chandler or his acting. |

to me twas the kissing, it was so awkward. i mean when Brian kissed Sonny, there was so much chemistry. anyway, i have a feeling Guy will do just fine.

I wish they stop talking about CM, since he's not. They need to stop talking and let him move on with his life. |
